Corporate Websphere Training

Our focus is to deliver Corporate training that is:

  • Practical – Training which is relevant to jobs which learners can take away and easily apply within their workplace.
  • Technical – Training that pushes and challenges class-room delegates. We can dive deep sometimes. Our courses contain technical depth so our delegates can gain the knowledge and skills to be able to problem solve and create solutions in real-word environments.
  • Unique – Training that is exciting, energetic and fun. Our course writers are real life experts and have many years experience solving real life work problems and issues, within the products they create and train.

Underpinning all of this, is a clear focus on individual personal development. We strongly believe in this and it is important to us. We will aim to support our delegates before, during and after the training sessions to help them become a better IT Professional and a better person.

So, if you want to learn with a company that wants you to improve then you’ve come to the right place.

Expert Trainers

Here is a a little a bit about Steve Robinson, the founder of The Middleware Shop.

Steve has been working in IT for over 20 years and provides solutions for many large-enterprise corporate companies across the globe.

When it comes to the paradigms of the Java Enterprise I believe I have a very clear and concise view of how to use “JEE” effectively, apply it’s principles and problem solve issues as they arise. Over the years I have had the privilege to work in many roles across the industry verticals of Banking, Insurance, New Media and Retail. I have built portals, mobile solutions, contributed to start-up businesses, and also held senior management and architectural roles. One important thing I have leaned is; No one-person can know every thing there is to know about an IT subject in today’s ever changing environment. We are all inundated with information overload. Despite this fact, I strive to keep up to date with industry best practices for build-deploy, application packaging, best practice frameworks and training (knowledge transfer). All my clients can confirm that I push for success and ensure that projects are on time and within budget to the best of my ability.

I pride myself on my communication and documentation skills and I freely share information in all that I do. I have several high ranking web-sites dedicated to information sharing within the Java application server, business messaging and system integration technologies.
